Frank has held various financial staff and managerial positions in private industry, including experience in the bio-tech, defense contracting, and telecommunications industries. His past experience includes general accounting, cost accounting, automation of manual accounting systems, budgeting, financial reporting, individual and corporate income tax preparation, and internal audit. Since becoming a sole practitioner CPA, Frank earned the professional designation of Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP), a designation awarded by the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC in conjunction with Surgent and Associates, LLC.
