Frank R. Kistner, CPA is a cum laude graduate of George Mason University, having earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. 

Frank has held various financial staff and managerial positions in private industry, including experience in the bio-tech, defense contracting, and telecommunications industries.

His past experience includes general accounting, cost accounting, automation of manual accounting systems, budgeting, financial reporting, individual and corporate income tax preparation, and internal audit.

Frank is licensed in both Virginia and South Carolina, and is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the South Carolina Association of CPAs
