Privacy Policy:

Until recently, CPAs were required to comply with the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which contains provisions that are intended to protect the privacy of very broadly defined financial services, including tax planning, financial planning and tax return preparation.

However, on October 13, 2006, President Bush signed legislation (S. 2856) that exempts certified public accountants from annual privacy notice requirements under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act

I have always recognized the obligation to protect your personal information and will continue to do so.  My engagement letters will continue to reflect the then in-effect privacy policy of this firm.
